Your credit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, then your order will be shipped. Sales TaxBella Materna Online Store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Washington State only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimation of taxes. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.
To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your UPS or USPS tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter that number at either www.ups.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site. Shipping and Delivery BellaMaterna.com offers shipping via USPS & UPS for domestic delivery and international delivery. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
Please note: International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs and restrictions, Bella Materna does not pay the duty or taxes for the recieving country. Check with your local agency to find these rates.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS or UPS should arrive within 3-10 business days; USPS is usually 2-3 days, UPS Ground is 5-10 days, depending on your location. Packages can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check out page for the type of shipping you choose.
Domestic Delivery Options:
Returns and Exchanges At BellaMaterna.com, we pride ourselves on highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return or exchange the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items that are on sale cannot be returned for a refund; however, they may be exchanged for a different size or color. Please contact customer service to arrange exchanges on clearance items.
BellaMaterna.com may only accept returns or exchanges on items that have been purchased on the online store, BellaMaterna.com.com. If the item you requested is not available for an exchange, you will be contacted by a customer service representative by phone and/or email. At this time, you will have the option to update or cancel your request.
Shipping on Exchanges: We cover the cost for shipping the exchange package to our office (using the Business Reply Label) and the new package being sent to the customer. If the exchange does not still work at this point; it is the customer’s responsibility to ship it back to us at your cost.
How do I ship the items back to Bella Materna Online Store?
Fill out the information requested at the top of the return form (the back of your reciept), including your reason for return and the details of any items that you wish to receive in exchange. Include in the package the unworn merchandise with all original tags, the order receipt and a ship to address for the items you wish to exchange. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records (small order recap on the bottom right of your reciept). Returned items must be unworn with tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt (unless a manufacturers defect has occured, within a reasonable time frame).
We supply a USPS Business Reply Label with your reciept, just pull the sticker off your reciept; place it on the returning box and put it in your mail box. Free shipping on exchanges, $6.00 on returns. Bella Materna does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, late, delayed, stolen or mishandled.

How quickly will my return be processed?
Your return will be processed within one week of receipt of the package. An email notification will be sent to you when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
May I exchange my purchase for a different style?
Yes, you may exchange your item for a different style or size. If your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, then your original credit card will be charged the difference. If your exchanged item is of lesser value, your card will be credited for the difference. We will send you an email with the tracking number and any details, along with credit or debit changes as per your request.
Changes/Cancellations If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email the customer service representative at email@example.com or call 1-888-700-8438 as soon as possible. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.
Out of Stock ItemsWhile we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).
